Räz ålceck Nul (/ɑːlˈkek/ /nul/ [gorgeous; handsome] [lever; knob]) is a subtropical City located in the Nahan Provence of the Hobben.
The name Räz ålceck Nul is derived from the Sylvin language, as Räz ålceck Nul was founded by Zëmêpí, who was culturaly Undermountain.
Climate
Räz ålceck Nul has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Räz ålceck Nul receives an average of 199 cm/y (78 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Räz ålceck Nul covers an area of nearly 43 km2 (17 mi2), and an average elevation of 4692 m (15393 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Räz ålceck Nul was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1137, by Zëmêpí. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Zëmêpí.
Räz ålceck Nul was built using the conventions of Undermountain durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Räz ålceck Nul is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brick construction taking the shape of large simple gemometric shapes which ate then embelished with decorative features, but retain their simple shapes in spite of the added features such as pillars, faccaddes, and covered walkways. The blocky nature gives a general impression of extreem age, as if each structure has existed since time immemorial.
Räz ålceck Nul is buildings folow an organic layout of spacious carved bedrock streets whihch gives the city a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The robustly designed timber walls have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
Räz ålceck Nul is a bustling hive of activity. Everyone moves at nothing short of a jog, each convocation is a mile a minute, and there’s dedicated lanes for riding through town in the center of each street. The locals all appear to be not merely occupied, but in a true hurry for everything from drinking a pint of ale to their daily work.

Räz ålceck Nul possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the City. Räz ålceck Nul's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.
Räz ålceck Nul possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.

Cultural Notes
Räz ålceck Nul's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
In Räz ålceck Nul there is a constant smell of overcooked presumably ethnic food.
